土千年健化学成分及生物活性研究

Chemical constituents from the roots of Vaccinium fragile and their bioactivity

  • 摘要: 研究云南民间习用药材土千年健主要化学成分及其生物活性.采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体性疼痛试验考察化合物的镇痛活性.从土千年健60%乙醇提取物中分离得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为cinnamtannin B1(1)和2-ethylene-3,5,6-trimethyl-4-phenol-1-O--D-xylopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranoside(2);与溶媒对照组相比,化合物1能明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体性疼痛,差异具有统计学意义.化合物2为首次从越桔属中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到;首次研究报道了化合物1和2的镇痛活性.

     

    Abstract: To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Vaccinium fragile and their bioactivity.The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques, and identified by NMR, MS spectroscopic analyses.In the 60% ethanol extract, two compounds were isolated and identified as cinnamtannin B1 (1), 2-ethylene-3, 5, 6-trimethyl-4-phenol-1-O--D-xylopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranoside (2), respectively.Compared with the vehicle control, compound 1 can significantly inhibit the acetic acid-induced writhing pain in mice.Compound 2 is isolated from the genus Vaccinium for the first time, compound 1 is first obtained from this plant.It is the first report of the analgesic activity of compounds 1 and 2.
