基于Markov随机场理论的眼底图视盘轮廓的提取研究

The extraction of optic disc contour based on Markov random field theory

  • 摘要: 眼底视盘轮廓的准确提取对眼疾的诊断事关重要.尤其在各种眼疾对人普遍存在严重伤害的今天,对眼底视盘轮廓提取的研究尤为重要.随着信息技术的高速发展,当今使用计算机实现医学图像处理相当普遍.借助于计算机,利用马尔科夫随机场(MRF)理论模型结合K-均值算法、条件迭代算法和期望最大化算法等多种算法,实现了眼底图视盘的分割.然后通过使用最小周长多边形的多边形近似(MPP)实现眼底视盘轮廓的提取.实验结果表明,与传统的分割方法相比,该方法具有更高的分割效率和更好的去噪性.

     

    Abstract: The accurate extraction of optic disc contour is important to the diagnosis of eye disease.Nowadays,the research on optic disc contour extraction is particularly important because the eye diseases has taking serious injury to human.With the rapid development of information technology,it is quite common to use computer in medical image processing.With the help of the computer,this paper uses the Markov with Field (MRF) theory to model the fundus images,and combines with the K-means algorithm,condition iterative algorithm and the expectation maximization algorithm and so on to achieve the segmentation of optic disc.The it extractes the optic disc through the MPP algorithm.Experimental results show that this method has higher segmentation efficienay and better denoising performance compared with the traditional segmentation methods.
