60个茶树品种夏秋叶主要生化成分分析

The main biochemical composition analysis of the Summer and Autumn leaves of 60 tea germplasms

  • 摘要: 对种植于四川地区的60个茶树品种的夏秋鲜叶的主要生化成分进行测定,采用主成分分析和聚类分析进行系统评价.结果表明:通过主成分分析,得到4个主成分,累计贡献率达82.163%,涵盖原有指标大部分信息.通过聚类分析,可将60个茶树品种分为5个类群.类群Ⅰ、Ⅳ基本为绿茶适制品种,相同工艺比较下,所制绿茶品质类群Ⅰ优于类群Ⅳ;类群Ⅱ相对最适制红茶;类群Ⅴ基本为青茶适制品种;类群Ⅲ夏秋叶不适宜加工各茶类.对茶树夏秋叶进行研究,能了解不同品种的生化组成,确定其适合的夏秋茶加工工艺,避免资源浪费,促进茶产业健康发展.

     

    Abstract: Themain biochemical composition of the summer and autumn leaves of 60 tea germplasms planted in Sichuan were determined and systematically evaluated by the means of principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The result shows:By principal component analysis,4 principal components were obtained,of which the accumulative contribution rate is 82.163%,covering the most information of the original index.By the cluster analysis,the 60 varieties can be divided into 5 categories.Category Ⅰand Ⅳ are generally suited for green tea making,and evaluating the quality of green tea under the same process,category Ⅰ is superior to category Ⅳ;Category Ⅱ is relatively suited for black tea making;Category Ⅴ is generally suited for the Oolong tea making;Category Ⅲ is not suitable for tea making at all.By this study,we can find out the biochemical composition of various tea germplasms and make sure the appropriate technology for summer and autumn tea processing,thus to avoid the waste of resorce and advance the development of the industry.
