多壁碳纳米管固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水样中毒死蜱、丙溴磷、三唑磷

Determination of chlorpyrifos,triazophos and profenofos in water by gas chromatography with solid-phase extraction using multi-walled carbon nanotubes as adsorbent

  • 摘要: 通过优化固相萃取条件,建立了多壁碳纳米管固相萃取-气相色谱检测水样中毒死蜱、丙溴磷和三唑磷农药残留的分析方法.该方法在0.005~1.0mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.9993,3种农药的检出限在2.69×10-4~7.43×10-4mg/L之间.采用该方法对实际水样进行检测,在0.005、0.01、0.05mg/L 3个添加水平下,3种农药的平均回收率在72.3%~116.7%之间,RSD值小于13.6%,符合农药残留分析的要求.

     

    Abstract: A method based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes as the solid phase extraction material had been developed for the determination of chlorpyrifos,triazophos and profenofos in water by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography.The results showed that these pesticides had a good linearity in the range of 0.005—1.0mg /L and the correlations were greater than 0.9993.The limits of detection were 2.69×10-4—7.43×10-4mg/L.The recoveries rates were between 72.3% and 116.7% with RSD less than 13.6% in 0.005,0.01,0.05mg/kg three different added amount.The method meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
