茸毛木蓝根总黄酮的提取工艺及其体外抗氧化作用研究

Extraction technology optimization and antioxidative activity of flavonoids in Indigofera atachyoides Lindl

  • 摘要: 通过正交试验,对溶剂法提取茸毛木蓝根总黄酮化合物的工艺进行了优化研究.结果表明,各因素对总黄酮提取率的影响程度依次为:乙醇体积分数>提取温度>提取次数>料液比.最佳提取工艺条件分别为乙醇体积分数为60%、提取温度为90℃、料液比为1∶30、提取3次,每次2h.用清除超氧阴离子、DPPH和羟基自由基法评价了该提取物的体外抗氧化能力,并与同等条件下BHT和抗坏血酸抗氧化能力进行比较.结果显示,茸毛木蓝根总黄酮具有较强的体外抗氧化能力.

     

    Abstract: The solvent extraction technology of flavonoids in Indigofera atachyoides Lindl was optimized by orthogonal experiments.The experimental results showed that the order of different factors affecting extraction rate was content of ethanol,temperature,time,rate of solid/liquid.The optimal extraction conditions were 60% ethanol content,90℃ temperature,1∶30 rate of solid/liquid,2h extraction time,three times.In vitro antioxidative actity of the extract was evaluated by two systems,viz.DPPH radical scavenging activity and pyrogallol autoxidation methods.The results indicated flavonoids in Indigofera atachyoides Lindl have strong antioidative activity in vitro.
