Abstract:
A method for the determination of inorganic mercury, methyl mercury and ethyl mercury was established by high performance liquid chromatoghraphy combined with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Pretreatments method for edible fungi, liquid chromatoghraphy and fluorescence spectrometry methods were optimized in order to obtain the best conditions. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 for the three mercury species in the range of 0—50μg/L,and the limits of detection were between 0.008—0.024mg/kg on the selected condition. The relative standard deviations (RSD) for the determination were all less than 7%,the mean recoveries were all between 75%—97%.For this method, there are some advantages of the simple retreatments method of sample, low detection limit, high accuracy, less interferences from impurities and low cost, spending shorter time, which is benefit for applying in the common laboratory for the detection and analysis of mercury species in the edible fungi.
