海绵钛压缩变形力学性能分析

On compression deformation mechanical properties for titanium sponge

  • 摘要: 压缩变形是克劳尔法制备海绵钛钛坨机械破碎生产中出现的最主要的大应变现象.通过对钛坨核心密实区海绵钛进行压缩实验,揭示孔隙率对海绵钛压缩力学性能的影响规律,建立海绵钛压缩应力应变本构模型.研究表明:随着孔隙率由32.77%增大到39.02%,海绵钛试件压缩力学性能下降,其压缩弹性模量由4.04GPa降至2.3GPa,流变应力由51.26MPa降至41.66MPa;所构建应力应变本构模型理论计算结果与实验测试数据吻合度较高,利于海绵钛小粒度机械式挤压破碎有限元分析模型的开发与构建.

     

    Abstract: In the process of Kroll method,compression deformation is the main large strain phenomenon of titanium sponge mechanical crusher production.Based on the compression experiments of core compacted zone of titanium sponge,the influence regularities of porosity to titanium sponge compression mechanical properties have been analyzed,and the compression stress strain constitutive model of titanium sponge has been established.The results show that the compression elastic modulus changes from 4.04GPa to 2.3GPa and the flow stress changes to 41.66MPa from 51.26MPa with the increase of porosity from 32.77% to 39.02%. The stress strain constitutive model theoretical calculation results is similar to the experimental test data, and this is conducive to the establishment of titanium sponge mechanical extrusion finite element model.
