四(4-叔丁基苯基)硼酸钾手性离子选择电极对缬氨酸甲酯的手性识别

Enantioselective recognition of valine methyl ester by the chiral ion selective electrode with tetrakis(4-tert-butylphenyl)boron potassium

  • 摘要: 以四(4-叔丁基苯基)硼酸钾为手性选择剂,将其负载于PVC膜中制得离子选择性电极,对缬氨酸甲酯对映异构体进行检测,电极能优先响应L-缬氨酸甲酯,线性范围10-4~10-1mol·L-1,斜率50mV,检测限3.16×10-5mol·L-1,电极能对缬氨酸甲酯进行手性识别检测,其对映选择性系数lg KpotL,D为-1.82.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,we chose tetrakis(4-tert-butylphenyl)boron potassium as a novel chiral selector to prepare an enantioselective membrane electrode for the determination of valine methyl ester.The experimental results showed that optimized membrane electrode could preferentially respond to L-valine methyl ester,and displayed linear range from 1×10-4 to 1×10-1mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 3.16×10-5mol·L-1.Nernstian response of 50.0mV was towards D-valine methyl ester,and the potentiometric enantioselectivity coefficient of the electrode lg KpotL,D was -1.82.
