负载碘催化Knoevenagel反应*

Knoevenagel reaction catalysized by I2 loaded montmorillonite

  • 摘要: 研究负载碘催化Knoevenagel反应,考察催化剂、溶剂、碱添加剂对产率的影响,正交实验优化反应时间、温度及原料用量.最优条件为:乙醇为溶剂,碱添加剂为醋酸锌,45℃反应15min,产率最高可达93.0%.红外、核磁、熔点表征产物.此催化体系底物适应性良好,蒙脱土与分子碘有协同效应并可以循环使用3次.

     

    Abstract: Knoevenagel reaction catalysized by I2 loaded montmorillonite was developed using malonitrile and aromatic aldehyde as starting materials.Influences of catalysts,solvents and base on yields were screened using single factor methods and the temperature,reaction time,quivalency of starting materials were investigated using orthogonal tests.Yields up to 93.0% under the optimized conditoins.The products were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and M.P.Montmorillonite and molecular iodine has a synergistic catalytic effect which can be recycled three times.
