Abstract:
Aim To study the chemical constituents from 95% ethanol extract of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the 95% ethanol extract of radix salviae miltiorrhizae and identified as:2,3-trans-4,5-cis-diene-6-carbonyl stearic acid(1),danshenspiroketallactone(2),tanshinoneⅠ(3),tanshinoneⅡA(4),dihydrotanshinoneⅠ(5),dihydroisotanshinone(6),isocryptotanshinone(7),methyl tanshinonate(8),ferruginol(9),sibiriqninone A(10),and sibiriqninone B(11).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named 2,3-trans-4,5-cis-diene-6-carbonyl stearic acid.
