芳香石豆兰的化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Bulbophyllum ambrosia

  • 摘要: 采用多种色谱分离技术首次从石豆兰属植物芳香石豆兰中分离了13个化合物,这些化合物经波谱方法鉴定为:moscatin(1),3,7-dihydroxy-2,4- dimethoxyphenanthrene(2),2,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene(3),2,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(4),ephemeranthol-A(5),3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(6),2,4-dihydroxy-7- methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(7),coelonin(8),rotundatin(9),4',5-dihydroxyl- 3,3'-dimethoxybibenzyl(10),moscatilin(11),batatasin Ⅲ(12),tristin(13).其中化合物5,6,7和9首次从石豆兰属植物中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Bulbophyllum ambrosia were studied and 13 compounds were isolated by the method of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified as moscatin (1),3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene (2),2,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxy-phenanthrene (3),2,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (4),ephemeranthol-A (5), 3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (6),2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (7),coelonin (8),rotundatin (9),4',5-dihydroxyl-3,3'-dimethoxybibenzyl (10),moscatilin (11),batatasin Ⅲ (12),and tristin (13) on the basis of spectral analysis.Among them,compounds 5,6,7 and 9 were isolated from Bulbophyllum for the first time.
