一对基于乳酸衍生物的单一手性有机金属框架材料:合成、结构和性能表征

A pair of homochiral metal-organic frameworks based on lactic acid derivative ligands: synthesis,structure and properties

  • 摘要: 在辅助配体DPEE的帮助下,通过乳酸改造成的手性化合物(R)-H3CIA和 (S)-H3CIA分别与Zn2+组合得到了一对单一手性的有机金属框架材料,Zn4((R)-CIA)2(OH)2(DPEE)2·6H2O (1-D)和Zn4((S)-CIA)2(OH)2(DPEE)2·6H2O (1-L).在上述的每一个化合物中,去质子的CIA3-与Zn2+构建出了梯形一维链,这些一维链的次级结构单元再由DPEE配体连接成二维结构,通过二维层之间的堆积最终形成了具有三维超分子结构的对映异构体.随后用圆二色谱进一步证实了这对化合物的手性特征.此外,还通过PXRD和TGA分别研究了化合物1-D和1-L的相纯度和热稳定性,对化合物1-L的荧光性质也进行了研究.

     

    Abstract: With the help of DPEE ligands,a pair of homochiral organic-metal frameworks were synthesized by the assembling of the lactic acid derivative ligands and Zn(Ⅱ) ions,namely Zn4((R)-CIA)2(OH)2(DPEE)2·6H2O(1-D) and Zn4((S)-CIA)2(OH)2(DPEE)2·6H2O (1-L).In complexes 1-L and 1-D,deprotoned CIA3- ligands and Zn(Ⅱ) constructed interesting ladder-like 1D chains,which were further linked into 2D layers by DPEE ligands.Finally,a pair of enantiomers with 3D supramolecular structure were packed by the above 2D layers.The solid-state circular dichroism (CD) measurements further confirmed their homochiral characteristic nature.Moreover,thermogravimetric analysis,powder X-ray diffraction and photoluminescent property were also investigated.
