小鼠睾丸发育过程中Ki67蛋白的表达规律

Role of Ki67 protein expression during the development of mice testes

  • 摘要: 为探讨Ki67蛋白在小鼠睾丸生后发育全过程中的时空表达规律,以20组处于不同发育阶段的昆明种正常小鼠睾丸组织为材料,在其石蜡组织切片上进行Ki67蛋白的免疫组织化学检测.结果发现:Ki67蛋白在生后1d直至58d的小鼠睾丸组织中均有表达,其表达部位集中于精原细胞和部分初级精母细胞,其中精原细胞中的表达相对强烈;其表达活跃时期出现于小鼠生后7~25d.上述结果表明Ki67蛋白参与了小鼠睾丸正常发育过程中精原细胞的有丝分裂过程,可作为评估睾丸精原细胞增殖活性的指标之一.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the role of Ki67 protein expression throughout the postnatal development of mouse testes,the samples of testicular tissue from normal Kunming Mice were taken at 20 different stages of postnatal development.Immunohistochemical technique was used on the paraffin tissue sections of all stages.The results showed that Ki67 protein was expressed in the testes of mice from day 1 to day 58.The expression was concentrated in spermatogonia and part of primary spermatocytes.The expression of spermatogonia was relatively strong.The active stages of Ki67 protein expression were 7 to 25 days after birth.It was indicated that Ki67 protein is involved in mitotic phase in spermatogonia during the development of mouse testes.It could be used as an index to evaluate the proliferative activity of spermatogonia in mice.
