特殊形貌Cu2O的制备及其光催化性能研究

Preparation and photocatalytic properties of Cu2O with special morphology

  • 摘要: 以Cu(NO3)2为铜源、葡萄糖为还原剂,利用不同种类模板剂,制备出不同形貌的Cu2O.讨论了NaOH用量对产物晶相的影响;还原剂用量、模板剂种类对产物晶相、形貌及光催化活性的影响.研究发现还原剂用量、模板剂种类对制备出的Cu2O的形貌有很大影响,而对晶相影响不大;所制备出的催化剂对甲基橙则表现出一定的降解率及显著的吸附性.由于制备出的Cu2O光催化活性不高,于是在制备Cu2O过程中加入异丙醇钛,得到Cu2O-TiO2复合催化剂.研究发现Cu2O-TiO2的光催化性能与纯Cu2O相比有所提高.

     

    Abstract: Different morphologies of cuprous oxide were synthesized by using copper nitrate as copper source,glucose as reducing agent and different types of templates.The effects of sodium hydroxide amount on the crystal phase of products were discussed.The effects of reducing agent amount and template types on the crystal phase,morphology,and photocatalytic activity of product were also discussed.It was found that reducing agent amount and template types had strong effects on the morphologies of the products and little effect on the crystal phase of the products.The prepared catalyst own the property of adsorption and photodegradation of methyl orange.Because photocatalytic activity of the prepared cuprous oxide is not high,titanium isopropylate (TTIP) was added in the reaction,Cu2O-TiO2 composite catalyst were obtained.It was found that Cu2O-TiO2 has higher photocatalytic activity than pure Cu2O.
