同步碳化磺化法制备碳基固体酸及其应用

Synchronous carbonization-sulfonation method for synthesis of carbon-based solid acid and its application

  • 摘要: 以可溶性淀粉为碳源,十二烷基苯磺酸为磺化剂合成了碳基固体酸,并采用SEM、EDS、FTIR、XRD和TG等手段对固体酸进行了表征.以乙酰水杨酸的合成为探针反应,考查催化剂的催化活性,单因素试验最佳工艺条件为:催化剂用量为原料质量的4.5%,乙酸酐与水杨酸物质的量比为2.0∶1,反应温度75 ℃,反应时间为25~30min,此条件下产品收率为82.8%,固体酸循环使用5次后,收率保持在76.5%.

     

    Abstract: With soluble starch as carbon source and dodecyl benzene sulfonic as sulfonating agent,carbon-based solid acid with SO3H functional groups was prepared via synchronous carbonization-sulfonation method.The sulfonated samples were characterized by means of SEM,EDS,FTIR,XRD and TG.Then the catalysts were examined as solid acid catalysts in acetylsalicylic acid synthesis.The better conditions obtained via single factor tests was that the percent by weight of carbon-based solid acid to raw material was 4.5%,the molar ratio of acetic anhydride to salicylic acid was 2.0∶1,acylation reaction temperature was 75 ℃,reaction period was 25~30 min.The yield of acetylsalicylic acid was 82.8% under the action of carbon-based solid acid catalyst and 76.5% under the action of catalyst recycled for five times.
