帝锦石油醚萃取部位化学成分的分离与鉴定

Separation and identification of chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from Euphorbia lactea

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、MCI凝胶及Sephadex LH-20等分离技术,对帝锦 (Euphorbia lactea) 70%丙酮提取物石油醚萃取部位化学成分进行分离纯化,得到了6个化合物.利用现代波谱学手段,分别鉴定为:Euphorantin I (1)、Jolkinolide E (2)、3β-羟基-25-甲氧基羊毛脂甾-8,23-二烯 (3)、Inoterpene B (4)、3β-羟基豆甾-5-烯-7-酮 (5)、6β-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮 (6).化合物1~6均首次从该植物中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia lactea,the aerial parts of this plant were extracted with 70% acetone and the constituents of the petroleum ether extract were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,and gel LH-20 chromatography.Six compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data as Euphorantin I (1),Jolkinolide E (2),3β-hydroxy-25-methyloxylanosta-8,23-diene (3),inoterpene B (4),3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one (5),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one (6).All of them were firstly isolated from E.lactea.
