Abstract:
Soil bacteriostasis is one of the important factors which influence the colonization of biocontrol bacteria in soil.A method of measuring the soil bacteriostasis is vital for further studies in this area.In this study,B. amyloliquefaciens ZY-9-13 was tagged by green fluorescent protein gene (gfp),and the soil bacteriostasis of 30 tobacco soil samples collected from 10 cities of Yunnan Province was measured based on dual-resistance medium and fluorescent colony. The results showed an average value of 23.92% of soil bacteriostasis.pH values, organic matters and microorganism diversity index of tobacco soil showed positive correlation with soil bacteriostasis, with coefficient values of 0.79,0.90 and 0.93,respectively.
