大振幅比直孔型指数形变幅杆

Study on a large amplitude ratio exponent horn with straight holes

  • 摘要: 为了降低直孔型指数形变幅杆加工成本,满足应力加载下的实际应用并追求大的放大系数,提出了用螺栓连接的直孔型指数形变幅杆.推导并计算了变幅杆的频率方程和放大系数;有限元法分析了在谐振状态下,螺栓连接的直孔型指数形变幅杆的位移和应力分布曲线.结果表明,在谐振频率和外形几何尺寸相同时,螺栓连接的两段直孔型指数形变幅杆的放大系数比实心变幅杆大,比直孔型指数形变幅杆略小,且应力曲线基本光滑,可以用于实际的超声加工.

     

    Abstract: In order to low the processing cost of exponent horn with an inner straight hole,satisfy the actual application requirements under the stress and purse the larger amplification coefficient,an exponent horn with an inner straight hole is changed into the one through bolted connection of several divided segments with holes in this paper.The frequency equation and the formula of the amplification coefficient of the modified horn are derived.Based on finite element method,distribution of the stress and the displacement along the axis of the horn are studied.The results show that under the same resonant frequency and geometrical dimension,the amplification coefficient of the modified horn is larger than the solid one,and slightly less than the one with an inner straight hole.Furthermore,the stress distribution curve is smoother.It is expected to apply to the actual ultrasonic machining.
