偶氮1,3,4-噻二唑polycatenar分子为底物的连续识别传感器制备

Preparation of azo 1,3,4 - thiadiazole polycatenar substrate as continuous ion recognition sensor

  • 摘要: 设计合成了偶氮1,3,4-噻二唑polycatenar受体L.L含有较多的氮杂原子,可以作为识别位点对Cu2+进行高选择性的识别后又能连续识别I-.识别过程中能够裸眼检测到溶液荧光的快速淬灭和溶液颜色的明显变化.此类阴阳离子传感器L具有合成方法简便、成本低、产率高和识别效果明显等优点.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,azo 1,3-thiadiazole polycatenar substrate L was designed and synthesized.The substrate L contains many nitrogen atoms,which can be used as recognition sites.L can be highly selective for Cu2+ and then for I- continuously.Moreover,during the ion recognition,rapid quenching of fluorescence and significant color change can be detected by naked eye.Such cation and anion sensor L has the advantages of simple synthesis,low cost,high yield and obvious recognition effect.
