锯齿形寡聚噻吩波拉的合成及其自组装研究

Synthesis and self-assembly properties of zigzag shaped oligothiophene bolaamphiphile

  • 摘要: 以过渡金属催化的C—C键偶合反应为关键步骤,设计合成了带4条烷基侧链的锯齿形六联寡聚噻吩波拉化合物I,采用1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析等测试手段确证了化合物I的结构.采用POM,DSC,TEM,UV-Vis,PL,CV等测试手段对化合物I的性质进行了研究,该化合物能组装形成单向液晶柱相,在溶液中能组装形成具有三维网络状结构的凝胶,具有较大的Stokes位移,是潜在的荧光标记及半导体材料.

     

    Abstract: Sexithiophene based bolaamphiphile I with four lateral alkyl chains was synthesized by transition-metal catalysized Kumada and Suzuki coupling reactions as key steps.The structure of compound I was identified with 1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis.The properties of the compound I were investigated with POM,DSC,TEM,UV-Vis,PL and CV.The results showed that compound I could self assemble into a monotropic columnar phase in its pure state and gels with three-dimensional network structure in the solution.PL measurement showed that I had a large Stokes shift,indicating that I was a potential candidate as fluorescent label materials and semiconductor materials.
