酰胺咪唑盐离子的合成及其螺旋扭曲组装结构分析

Synthesis of amide imidazolium salt and its helical twisted assembly structure

  • 摘要: 以Ullmann反应为关键步骤合成了一种新型酰胺咪唑溴化盐离子I,其结构通过1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析得到验证.采用偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等测试手段研究了其相态行为.测试表明,化合物I能组装形成螺旋扭曲的微观手性条纹状球晶结构,球晶相邻两层间的径向长度差一定,说明层状的扭曲是严格统一、有规律的.建立了化合物I的分子自组装模型,并初步阐述了螺旋扭曲的微观手性条纹状球晶结构的形成原因.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a novel amide imidazolium bromide I was synthesized via Ullmann reaction as key step,the structure of compound I was identified by 1H NMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis.Phase transitional behavior of compound I was investigated by polarizing optical microscopy (POM),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results showed that compound I could self-assemble into helical twisted microscopic chiral stripe-like spherulitic structure,the radial length difference between adjacent spherulites was idefinite,which indicated that the layered twist was strictly uniform and regular.The molecular self-assembly model of compound I was established and the formation mechanism of helical twisted micro-chiral stripe spherulitic structure was preliminarily discussed.
