岩笋的化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Thunia alba

  • 摘要: 运用各种波谱方法对采于云南文山的岩笋茎叶的乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究,利用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、现代波谱技术鉴定了12个单体化合物,含3个联苄类化合物,5个菲类化合物,1个木脂素类化合物,1个酰胺类化合物和2个脂肪族化合物,其中8个化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Thunia alba from Wenshan in Yunnan were studied and twelve compounds,three bibenzyls,five phenanthrenes,one pinoresinol,one amide and two aliphatic compounds,were isolated by the method of silica gel column chromatography.The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analyses and chemical properties.Among them,eight compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
