多节串并联锂电池智能无线充放电系统

On an intelligent wireless charging and discharging system for lithium-ion battery packs

  • 摘要: 介绍一种对多节以不同串并联方式连接的电池进行智能无线充放电的系统.本多节串并联连接电池智能无线充放电系统,包括一锂离子电池智能充放电管理系统及一电磁感应式无线电能传输系统.智能充放电管理系统采用分级定电流的充电方式对电池进行充电.具有输入低电压锁存,温度监测,电池端过压保护和充电状态指示等功能.还具有过放保护及电池充电完成后的恢复电路.系统的无线充电效率接近70%,对不同串并联方式连接的所有锂电池电压均可充至4.1V以上,接近单节锂电池的满充电压4.2V.不同锂电池最大电压差仅为0.03V,达到了智能均匀充电的效果.放电测试表明电路均在10.3V左右关断,起到了保护锂电池组,延长锂电池组使用寿命的效果.

     

    Abstract: An intelligent wireless charging and discharging system for lithium-ion battery packs has been proposed in this paper.The system mainly consists of two parts:a wireless power transmission based on electromagnetic induction and an intelligent lithium-ion battery charging/ discharging management system.This system charges battery packs connected in different series and parallel ways by constant current/ constant voltage method with input/output under voltage lock-out protection,output over voltage protection,charging status indicators,temperature indicator and after charging recovery function.The highest charging efficiency of this system is close to 70%.The voltages of all cells after charging are higher than 4.1V,close to full voltage 4.2V and the maximum voltage difference is less than 0.03V,which achieves the effect of intelligent balancing charging.The discharging test shows that the circuit is always lock out at about 10.3V which protects and prolongs service life of the battery packs.
