云南川滇蔷薇天然居群表型多样性分析

Phenotypic diversity of natural population of Rosa soulieana in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 基于居群生物学的基本原理和研究手段,对云南省分布的川滇蔷薇7个自然居群进行了相关调查,对它们的12个表型性状数据进行了统计与多样性分析.结果显示:这12个表型性状的F值在1.06~20.56,其中有8个性状在居群内和居群间均达到极显著或显著水平.这一结果表明其表型性状不论在居群内还是居群间,均具有变异多样性.它们的平均表型分化系数为63.00%,居群间变异(34.42%)大于居群内变异(20.29%),该结果表明川滇蔷薇表型变异的主要来源为居群间变异.对其表型性状和地理因子进行相关性研究,其结果显示:4个性状与地理因子呈正相关,其余8个性状与地理因子呈负相关.对其进行居群表型聚类分析,其结果显示:这些自然居群的表型变异与地理距离存在一定的相关性,大致依地理距离而聚类.

     

    Abstract: The phenotypic diversity of 12 traits from seven natural populations of Rosa soulieana in Yunnan Province was analyzed.The results showed that the F values of 12 traits were from 1.06 to 20.56,and eight of which showed significant difference both between and within populations,indicating abundant inter- and intra-populations variance.The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient VST of the 12 traits was 63.00%,the variation among populations (34.42%) was higher than that within the populations (20.29%),which indicated that variance among populations contributed more to the phenotypic variation.The correlation analysis showed that four traits were positively correlated with geographic factors and other eight traits were negatively correlated with geographic factors.Seven natural populations of Rosa soulieana were divided into two groups based on the UPGMA method.The results showed that the phenotypic traits were clustered according to the geographic distance.
