三阳血傣的体外抗肿瘤活性与免疫调节研究

Study on antitumor and immunomodulatory activity of San Yang Xue Dai(SYKT)

  • 摘要: 采用MTT法分别测定三阳血傣(SYKT)及其组成的8味中药对人体肿瘤细胞及正常细胞的抑制作用.采用免疫抑制小鼠模型,通过SYKT对小鼠免疫器官指数和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数调节,研究其对免疫系统的影响.结果表明,SYKT中龙血竭和三七对肿瘤细胞有一定的抑制作用,且SYKT能显著抑制免疫功能低下小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数的缩小;并增强巨噬细胞的吞噬指数.因此,三阳血傣本身对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用虽然不太显著,但其对免疫抑制模型小鼠却有显著的免疫功能恢复作用,所以SYKT的抗肿瘤活性源于对免疫系统的影响.

     

    Abstract: MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of San Yang Xue Dai(SYKT) and eight kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine on human tumor cells and normal cells,respectively.Effects of SYKT on immune system in mice were investigated by testing the immune organ index and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages.The results showed that the extracts of Draconis resina and Panax notoginseng had inhibitory effect on tumor cells;SYK) could significantly prevent the decrease of the spleen index and thymus index of immunosuppressive mice.The inhibition effect of SYKT on tumor cells was not significant, but it had a significant effect on immune function in immunosuppressive mice.
