茚并1,2-b吡咯-4(1H)-酮类化合物的合成

Synthesis of indeno1,2-bpyrrol-4(1H)-one compounds

  • 摘要: 以N,N'-二烷基-2-硝基乙烯-1,1-二胺(1)和水合茚三酮(2)为原料,在乙醇介质中,50℃条件下反应并以优异的产率 (92%~98%) 合成了茚并1,2-b吡咯-4(1H)-酮类化合物3a~3k.该反应具有操作简便、条件温和和产率高等特点.

     

    Abstract: An efficient synthetic protocol for indeno1,2-bpyrrol-4(1H)-one (3) had been developed.The methods used N,N'-dialkyl-2-nitroethene-1,1-diamines (1) and ninhydrin hydrate (2) as raw materials,which was heated at 50℃ in ethanol medium and gave the target compounds 3a—3k with excellent yields (92%—98%).This protocol possessed some advantages including simple operation,mild reaction conditions and excellent yields and so on.
