On optimization design of composite ultrasonic horn with APDL language

  • 摘要: 为得到大振幅比的复合型变幅杆,研究了优化设计的方法.以窄端带有圆锥杆复合指数形变幅杆为例,在给定谐振频率和变幅杆大端及小端直径条件下,以谐振长度为设计变量,谐振频率为状态变量,放大系数为目标函数进行APDL语言优化设计.以得到的最佳设计序列,与传统解析法和程序结合的优化设计方法进行比较.结果表明,有限元优化方法与传统解析优化法得到的最大放大系数值相同.文章提供了一种有限元优化设计变幅杆的方法.

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain a composite horn with large amplitude ratio,the method of optimization design has been introduced.Taking the composite exponential solid horn with a conical section at the narrow end as an example,under the condition of given resonant frequency and the large section and small section diameter of the horn,the resonant length as the design variable,the resonant frequency as the state variable,and the amplification coefficient can be regarded as objective function to optimize with APDL language.According to the optimization design of the best set,the results show that the finite element optimization result is the same as that of the traditional analytic method,and the maximum amplification coefficient under the given condition can be obtained.This paper provides a feasible approach to optimizing the design of the horn.
