分散液液微萃取结合高效液相色谱测定主流烟气中的烟碱*

Determination of nicotine in mainstream flue gas by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了一种简单、快速的分散液液微萃取结合高效液相色谱,测定卷烟主流烟气中的烟碱含量的方法.以0.5% NaOH为提取剂,通过超声辅助从捕集烟气粒相物的剑桥滤片中提取烟碱,以正庚醇为萃取剂,甲醇为分散剂,采用分散液液微萃取进行烟碱富集与净化.在最优条件下,烟碱的检出限为0.031μg·mL-1,线性范围1.028~514 μg·mL-1,线性相关系数为0.9999.方法日内和日间RSD分别为1.8%~3.9%和2.1%~4.0%.方法加标回收率89.3%~101.2%.研究结果表明,该方法能有效消除干扰,净化剑桥滤片提取液,操作简单快捷,可适用于卷烟主流烟气中烟碱的测定.

     

    Abstract: A simple and rapid dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction,combined with high performance liquid chromatography,was established for the determination of nicotine in mainstream flue gas of cigarettes.In this study,0.5% NaOH as the extractant was used to extract nicotine from Cambridge filter by ultrasonic method.Using the n-heptanol as the extractant and methanol as the dispersant, the nicotine was extracted from the NaOH solution.Under the optimum conditions,the limit of detection (LOD) was 0.031μg·mL-1,and the linear range of nicotine was between 1.028 and 514μg·mL-1, with correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.9999.The inter-day precision and the intra-day precisions were 1.8%—3.9% and 2.1%—4.0% respectively.And the spiked recovery of the sample was 89.3%—101.2%.The results showed that the method could be used to effectively omit the interference and purify the extracted Cambridge filter solution.The method is simple and quick and can be applied to determine nicotine in mainstream flue gas.
