固体酸MoO3/ZrO2-TiO2的制备和催化性能的研究

Study on preparation and catalytic performance of MoO3/ZrO2-TiO2 solid acid

  • 摘要: 采用混合沉淀过饱和浸渍法制备MoO3/ZrO2-TiO2固体酸催化剂.以催化水解CFC-12(CCl2F2)的转化率90%作为评价标准,考察并优化浸渍液浓度、浸渍时间、浸渍温度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等催化剂制备条件.结果表明,催化剂的最佳制备条件为:钛锆摩尔比为7:3,浸渍液浓度为0.25mol/L,浸渍时间6h,浸渍温度60℃,焙烧温度500℃.对催化剂进行XRD、SEM、EDS表征,结果表明该方法合成的催化剂为纯相,主要结构为四方晶相的Zr(MoO4)2掺杂锐钛型的TiO2,稳定性较好,是催化水解CFC-12良好的催化剂.

     

    Abstract: The co-precipitation over saturated impregnation method was used to prepare MoO3/ZrO2-TiO2 solid acid catalyst.The catalytic conversion rate of CFC-12(CCl2F2) 90% was used as the evaluation criteria.The preparation conditions of the catalyst were optimized by the immersion liquid concentration,impregnation time and temperature,calcination temperature.The results show that the best preparation conditions were as follows:n(Ti):n(Zr) is 7:3,the immersion liquid concentration of (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O 0.25 mol/L,the impregnation time is 6 h,impregnation temperature is 60 ℃,the calcination temperature is 500 ℃.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that the main phase of solid MoO3/ZrO2-TiO2 catalyst is the tetragonal Zr(MoO4)2 that doped TiO2 of anatase.Stability is good,it is a good catalyst for catalytic hydrolysis of CFC-12.
