云南3个主栽烤烟品种的化学成分含量和区域特征分析*

Analysis on chemical components content and regional characteristic of three main cultivars of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 采集云南烟区3个主栽烤烟品种K326、红花大金元和云烟87的中部烟叶样品1804个,运用多重比较分析了各品种烟叶的化学成分含量特点,通过聚类分析探讨了烟叶区域特征.结果表明:①品种间的烟叶化学成分含量存在差异显著性,且烟叶糖碱比均值偏高,云烟87氯含量偏低,钾氯比较高.②各地栽种K326和云烟87中昭通镇雄、彝良和威信、永善、镇雄所产烟叶糖含量较低,总氮、烟碱和石油醚含量较高;其他10州(市)所产烟叶糖含量较高或居中;保山昌宁、普洱墨江和红河个旧、玉溪新平、德宏梁河所产烟叶钾氯比含量较高.③产于大理鹤庆的红大烟叶还原糖和淀粉含量最低,总氮较高;产于玉溪新平的红大总糖含量最低;产于德宏梁河和普洱宁洱的红大钾和钾氯比相对较高.

     

    Abstract: 1804 samples of C3F tobacco leaves including K326,Hongda and Yunyan87 were chosen from 12 tobacco-growing areas in Yunnan province.The chemical components contents among cultivars were analyzed applying multiple comparisons and the regional characteristics were discussed by cluster analysis.The results showed that:①There was significant difference of chemical components among cultivars.The sugar/nicotine ratio of three cultivars was slightly higher,and the chlorine content was slightly lower and the potassium/chlorine ratio was higher for Yunyan 87 cultivar.②The tobacco leaves sugar contents of K326 and Yunyan87 were lower and the total nitrogen,nicotine and the petroleum ether extract contents were higher in Zhaotong.However the sugar contents were higher and medium in other sample counties.Meanwhile the potassium/chlorine ratio of K326 and Yunyan87 were higher in Changning,Mojiang and Gejiu,Xinping,Lianghe respectively.③The reducing sugar and starch content of Hongda in Heqing and the total sugar content in Xinping were lower.The potassium/chlorine ratio of Hongda were higher in Lianghe and Ning'er.
