固载硫脲催化剂的合成及不对称Mannich反应的应用

Synthesis of immobilized thiourea catalyst and application of asymmetric Mannich reaction

  • 摘要: 以N-Boc(2S, 4S)-4-甲磺酰氧基吡咯-2-甲酸甲酯为原料,合成了固载的含有硫脲官能团的双功能有机催化剂C,并将其用于催化异戊醛与N-PMP乙醛酸乙酯亚胺的不对称anti-Mannich反应,通过初步的条件筛选,获得了高的收率(83%)和高选择性(dr: 96:4;ee: anti 90%).

     

    Abstract: The immobilized bifunctional organic catalyst C containing thiourea functional group was synthesized from N-Boc(2S, 4S)-4-methanesulfonyloxypyrrole-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester as a raw material, and applied to catalyze asymmetric anti-Mannich reaction of valeraldehyde with N-PMP ethyl glyoxyimide. High yield (83%) and high selectivity (dr: 96:4; ee: 90%) obtained by preliminary conditions screening.
