霸王鞭内生真菌中的一个新的酚类化合物

A new phenolic component from endophytic fungus of Euphorbia royleana Boss

  • 摘要: 对霸王鞭内生真菌烟曲霉的次生代谢产物进行研究,以期发现新的化合物. 利用MCI-gel树脂、硅胶及PR-HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用质谱、核磁共振(NMR)、紫外以及旋光对化合物进行鉴定. 从霸王鞭内生真菌烟曲霉中分离鉴定获得3个化合物( 13 ). 其中化合物 1 为一个新的酚类成分,命名为methyl 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoate( 1 ).

     

    Abstract: The secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Aspergillus fumigatus derived from Euphorbia royleana was studied. Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel and liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify of Aspergillus fumigatus. The compounds were identified according to their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Three compounds ( 13 ) were isolated from the endophytic fungus A. fumigatus. Their structures were identified as methyl 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoate ( 1 ), arctiin ( 2 ) and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenylethanol ( 3 ). Compound 1 is a new phenolic component named as methyl 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoate ( 1 ).
