石墨改性Ni60A钎焊金刚石机理及其力学性能研究

On mechanism and mechanical properties of brazed diamond with an addition of graphite in Ni60A filler alloy

  • 摘要: 针对Ni60A制备钎焊金刚石砂轮时金刚石热损伤严重、砂轮基体变形严重等问题,采用不同质量分数的石墨改性Ni60A钎焊金刚石,研究了石墨对Ni60A钎焊金刚石成型机理及力学性能的影响. 结果表明,Ni60A中添加石墨钎焊金刚石,经王水腐蚀后,金刚石表面形成Cr3C2(片状)、Cr7C3(柱状中空)、共晶石墨(丝状)和金属化合物;随着Ni60A中石墨含量增加,金刚石表面形成石墨和非晶态碳的含量、金刚石内残余应力(拉应力和压应力)的最大值均减小,钎焊层的硬度降低;钎焊层组织为γ−Ni固溶体以及均匀分布的金属化合物和无序分布的石墨.

     

    Abstract: In light of the serious thermal damage of diamond and the serious deformation of grinding wheel matrix when Ni60A was used to prepare brazed diamond wheel with Ni60A, the influence of graphite on the forming mechanism and mechanical properties of Ni60A brazed diamond was studied. The results show that Cr3C2 (flake-like), Cr7C3 (cylindrical hollow), eutectic graphite (threadlike) and metallic compound generate on the surface of diamond after the samples is chemical attacked with aqua regia, when diamond is brazed with Ni60A added with graphite. The content of graphite and amorphous carbon on the surface of diamond and the maximum residual stress (tensile stress and compressive stress) of diamond decreases, meanwhile the hardness of brazing layer reduces with the increase of graphite content in Ni60A. The microstructure of brazing layer is γ−Ni solid solution, uniformly distributed compound and disordered graphite.
