两种优势病原菌玉米穗腐病的研究比较

Research comparison of two dominant pathogens on maize ear rot

  • 摘要: 玉米穗腐病是一种严重危害玉米生长的世界性农业病害,以引起中国玉米穗腐病的两种优势病原菌拟轮枝镰孢菌(Fusarium verticillioides)和禾谷镰孢菌(Furasium graminearum)为对象,对其生物学特征、症状危害及发病机制进行对比. 在此基础上,对两种优势病原菌玉米穗腐病的抗性种质筛选、抗性遗传与育种进行比较阐述,以期为中国玉米穗腐病的研究与防治提供科学依据.

     

    Abstract: Maize ear rot is a serious agricultural disease all over the world. In this paper, we select two dominant pathogens Fusarium verticillioides and Fusarium grammenarum, and compare their biological characteristics, symptoms, damages and pathogenesis. Then, the identification of resistant maize germplasm, resistance inheritance and breeding of maize ear rot of two dominant pathogens are compared in detail in order to provide a scientific knowledge basis for the research and prevention of maize ear rot in China.
