墨西哥香荚兰染色体及其变异的研究初报

A primary study on chromosome and its variation of Vanilla planifolia Andr.

  • 摘要: 对栽培品种墨西哥香荚兰(Vanilla planifolia Andr.)进行了常规染色体分析,并对其杂交品种、无性繁殖植株(组培苗、扦插苗)和野生品种滇南香荚兰(V.siamensis Rolfeex Downie)的染色体变异进行了观察比较.结果表明,香荚兰染色体的大小在0.2~2μm之间,为小染色体,2N=28,经长期继代培养的组培苗染色体出现变异的频率明显超过扦插苗和野生品种,微核、染色体桥和染色体断片的频率明显增高.

     

    Abstract: Chromosome of Vanilla planifolia Andr. were studied in this paper.Chromosome abnormity of asexual reproduction (including tissue culture and cuttage) plants of Vanilla planifoliar were observed and compared with its hybrid breed and wild breed Vanill siamensis Rolfe ex Downie.The results showed that V. planifolia have 28 small chromosomes whose size ranges from 0.2 to 2 micron.The frequency of chromosome abnormity of tissue culture plants was higher than that of cuttage and wild plants.It’s frequency of micronuclei,chromosome bridge and chromosome lag apparently increased.
