Abstract: It is an outline of the background,the current popular technique,the principle,the system architecture model,the key technical problems to be resolved,the function flow,the existing problems and the future direction of a Web information dynamic publication system,one produces an easily transplant,strongly flexibility,highly convenience and design and implementation of a Web information dynamic publication system based on the JAVA and XML.
