血清中43种滥用药物的固相萃取法研究

摘要: 使用CLEANSCREEN? 固相萃取柱分别对血清中43种滥用药物进行提取方法的研究,其提取物分别采用GC-MS和UV方法测定.结果表明:在43种滥用药物中,回收率超过90%的药物有26种,居80%～90%的药物有8种,居60%～80%的药物有另外8种,小于60%的药物仅有1种.因此CLEANSCREEN? 固相萃取柱可用于血清中该43种滥用药物的提取或筛选分析,且是一种快速、简便及具有较高回收率的提取方法.

Abstract: CLEAN SCREEN column was used for extraction of 43 abused drugs in serum. The comcentrations of the 43 drugs in the extacts were determined by CG-MS and/or UV.Among the 43 drugs,the recoveries of 26 drugs exceed 90%,the recoveries of 8 drugs were between 80% and 90%,the recoveries of 8 drugs were between 60% and 80% and the recovery of 1 drug was under 60%.Based on the results,CLEAN SCREEN column could be used for extraction or the 43 drugs in serum.The method was simple rapid and with a high recovery.
