Abstract: Being aimed at concrete conditions of land management,according to the demandment of GIS for application,starting with analysis of the system and the general design of system,puts forward the process of LRIS design based on ArcGIS,including the aim,principle,selection of software and hardware,the design of general structure of system.System adopts model of a three storey structure,applies RDBMS to manage spatial data,realizes to gather spatial data with attribute data.What’s more,system cites COM technique and component GIS,uses designed method geared to objects,ensures system practical,reliable,normal,extending,improves efficiency of system,reduces production costs,provides a strategic decision for land management.
