The study on the stability of RAPD-PCR

  • 摘要: 以滇牡丹(Paeonia delevayi)为实验材料,分别测试了Mg2+、模板DNA、聚合酶、引物等反应成分对产物的影响,以期探索RAPD-PCR体系中各成分对产物的影响,以及各成分之间相互作用的规律,为利用RAPD进行生物学研究的人们提供一些参考.

     

    Abstract: RAPD amplification of Paeonia delevayi was studied.In order to con struct a stable reaction system,the effect of Mg2+,dNTP,DNA templates,primers and DNA polymerase were tested respectively and this result may provide some reference to the use of this methods in biological stedies.
