青蒿素在不同电极上的电化学行为及其在血红素作用下的还原

The electrochemical behavior of artemisinin at the different electrodes and its interaction with hemin

  • 摘要: 在20%的乙醇和B-R缓冲溶液(pH为7.2)中,分别比较了青蒿素(artemisinin,qhs)在金电极、银电极、铂电极、玻碳电极上的电化学行为,结果表明:在+0.00~-1.30V(vs.SCE)的电位范围内,青蒿素在金电极和铂电极上无氧化还原峰信号;而在银电极和玻碳电极上有一还原峰,无氧化峰,峰电位为分别-0.64V和-0.91V.此外在银电极和玻碳电极上,血红素(hemin)能够催化青蒿素的还原.

     

    Abstract: In the solution of 20% ethanol +B-R(pH=7.2),the electrochemical behaviors of artemisinin(QHS) at various electrodes were compared.The results showed that between +0.00V~-1.30V(vs.SCE),QHS has no redox signal at the Au and Pt electrode.However,at the Ag and Gc electrode,it has a reductive peak and the potential was -0.64?V and -0.91?V.Moreover,hemin can catalyze the QHS’s reduction at the Ag and glassy carbon(GC) electrode.
