De-virus and rapid propagation of Zingiber officinale cv.xiaohuang ginger from Luoping,Yunnan,by the tissue culture of stem apices

  • 摘要: 病毒病导致云南罗平小黄姜产量大幅降低,品质严重下降,通过茎尖脱毒培养获得无毒苗并建立快繁体系,以提高产量,改善品质.

     

    Abstract: Virus diseases cause the reduction in the yield and quality of Zingiber officinale cv. xiaohuang ginger in Luoping,Yunnan.Through de-virus and rapid propagation by stem apices tissue culture,the plantlets were gotten successfully free from virus,with hope to improve its yield and quality.
