数字式压电石英加速度传感器的支撑结构研究

Study on the support structure of digital piezoelectric quartz acceleration sensor

  • 摘要: 介绍了数字式压电石英加速度传感器的工作原理并用材料力学和弹性力学方法研究了其支撑结构,得出了结构的力转移系数,并与实验结果进行了比较.实验表明,支撑结构的理论推导与实验结果一致.

     

    Abstract: The work principle of digital piezoelectric quartz acceleration sensor is introduced.The support structure has been studied by using means of material mechanics and elasticity mechanics.Force transfer coefficients of support structure have been found and compared with test results.Experiment showing,theory deduction of support structure accords with experiment.
