水鳖蕨幼叶的离体快速繁殖

In vitro rapid propagation from young leaf of Sinephropteris delavayi(Franch.) Mickel

  • 摘要: 通过组织培养技术可以从水鳖蕨Sinephropteris delavayi (Franch.)Mickel的幼叶诱导出完整植株.研究结果表明,1/2MS+6-BA3.0mg/L(单位下同)+NAA0.5(蔗糖3%)适合于诱导绿色小球(GGB);适合于绿色小球的增殖培养基是1/2MS+6-BA2.0(蔗糖2%)+NAA0.2;适合于芽生长的培养基是1/2MS+NAA0.3;1/2MS(蔗糖2%不加任何外源激素)培养基适合于诱导生根,生根率可达100%.

     

    Abstract: Young leaves from Sinephropteris delavayi (Franch.)Mickel were used for tissue culture and rapid propagation.This experiment showed that the most proper medium for inducing green globular bodies (GGB) was 1/2MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L(sucrose 3%),the medium for multiplying GGB was 1/2MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA+0.2mg/L(sucrose 2%), the medium for GGB to shoot was 1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L(sucrose 2% and no hormone).1/2MS (sucrose 2% and no hormone)was good for rooting,the rooting rate was 100%.
