盐酸介质中氯代十六烷基吡啶对钢的缓蚀作用

Inhibition of Stainess Steel Crossion by Cetyl Pyridinium Chloride in Hydrochloric Acid

  • 摘要: 采用失重法研究了氯代十六烷基吡啶(RNCl)在盐酸介质中对钢的缓蚀作用,发现在盐酸介质中,RNCl对钢的缓蚀作用随其浓度的增加而增强,当RNCl体积分数达5×10-6,其对钢的缓蚀作用不再随着浓度的增加而发生明显的变化.通过吸附模型的讨论发现,在30,40℃时RNCl在钢表面的吸附满足Langmuir吸附方程,而在50,60℃时,RNCl在钢表面的吸附满足Frumkin非理想吸附方程,并求得相关的热力学参数.用吸附理论讨论了缓蚀作用产生的原因.

     

    Abstract: Inhibition of mild steel corrosion by cetyl pyridinium chloride in hydrochloric acid was investigated using the weight loss method.It was found that corrosion inhibition increased with the increase in concentration of RNCl.The unchanged corrosion inhibition occurred when the concentration of RNCl reached 5×10-6.From the discussion results of adsorption model,it was found that in the temperature of 30℃ and 40℃,the adsorption model of RNCl on the mild steel surface obey the Langmuir adsorption equation.On the other 1and,in the temperature of 50℃ and 60℃,the adsorption model of RNCl on the mild steel surface obey the 1rumkin adsorption equation.The thermodynamic constants were obtained.The mechanism for corrosion inhibition was discussed with adsorption theory.
