钒掺杂TiO2纳米粉体光催化降解甲基橙研究

Research on photocatalytic activity of vanadium doped Nano-TiO2 for methyl orange degradation

  • 摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂V的纳米TiO2光催化剂,研究了V不同掺杂量及热处理温度对紫外光照下TiO2光催化降解甲基橙性能的影响.结果表明,经V掺杂改性的TiO2增加了晶相的转变温度,吸收光谱发生红移,光催化活性有明显提高,在本试验范围内V的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为0.1%,最佳烧结温度为400℃.

     

    Abstract: The Vdoped nano-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by solgel method.The influence of dif-ferent doping vanadium amount and heat treatment temperature on the photocatalytic activity with ultraviolet irradiation was investigated.The results show that the phase change temperature of the doped nano-TiO2 increases.The absorption spectrum redshift,and the photocatalytic activity is obviously improved.In this paper,the optimum doping content is 0.1%, and the hearttreated temperature is 400 ℃.
