灭蝇胺的合成与应用研究

Study on the synthesis of cyromazine

  • 摘要: 灭蝇胺是防治双翅目昆虫病虫害的高效、低毒生态农药,以三聚氯氰为原料,经环丙氨代和氨代一勺烩反应得中间体(6-氯-2-环丙氨基-4-氨基-1,3,5-三嗪),再加压氨代得灭蝇胺.两步反应总收率72.1%.

     

    Abstract: Cyromazine,an environmental benign pesticide with high potency and low toxicity,was used for prevention and cure of plant diseases and insect pests resulted from dipsters.One-pot reaction,with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine as raw material,of cyclopropylamination and amination provided the intermediate(6-chloro-2-cyclopropylamino-4-amino-1,3,5-triazine),another amination under pressure yielded the target compound.The total yield was 72.1%.
