α相与β相比例对TC6钛合金力学性能的影响

The effects of proportion of α phase and β phase on mechanical properties of TC6 titanium alloy

  • 摘要: 通过热处理方法获得TC6钛合金3种典型组织,利用电液伺服材料试验机测定3种组织的静态力学性能,通过专用图形分析软件测定3种组织中α相与β相比例,对比分析了α相与β相比例对TC6钛合金静态力学性能的影响.结果表明:组织中α相比例增大(即β相比例减少)时,相应组织塑性也增大,而强度随着α相比例增大(即β相比例减少)而减小.

     

    Abstract: Mechanical properties of three types of typical microstructure of TC6 titanium alloy obtained by heat treatment have been determined and proportions of α phase and β phase in different microstructure have been measured by special software for analyzing graph.Effects of proportions of α phase and β phase on quasi-static mechanical properties have been analyzed. Results show that the plasticity increases with the increasing of proportion of α phase,at the same time, the strength decreases with the increasing of proportion of α phase.
