5-硝基糠醛缩胺类化合物的合成

Synthesis of 5-nitro-furfuralimine compounds

  • 摘要: 以糠醇为原料,经酯化,硝化,水解,氧化制得关键中间体5-硝基糠醛,总收率51%;再与胺类化合物反应合成了一系列5-硝基糠醛缩胺类化合物,收率71%~89 %.产物及中间体经IR,1H NMR,MS确证结构.

     

    Abstract: The key intermediate of 5-nitro-furfuraldehyde was synthesized from furfuryl alcohol by esterification,nitration,hydration and oxidation,the total yield was 51%.A series of 5-nitro-furfuralimine compounds were prepared form 5-nitro-furfuraldehyde with various amines in the yield of 71%—89 %.The structures of the products and intermediate were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and MS.
