鼠尾草属植物的叶表皮特征及其系统学意义

A study on the leaf epidermis features andtheir taxonomic significance in Salvia(Labiatae)

  • 摘要: 对鼠尾草属(唇形科) 12 种植物的叶表皮特征进行了光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,发现这些植物的叶表皮细胞形状为不规则形或多边形,垂周壁多数为浅波状、波状,少数为平直或弓形.气孔器主要有无规则型、不等细胞型 2 种类型,通常仅分布在下表皮(蓝花鼠尾草Salvia farinacea在上表皮偶有分布);无规则型最为常见,存在于所有观察种类,不等细胞型仅出现在南丹参S.bowleyana、长冠鼠尾草S.plectranthoides、蓝花鼠尾草 S.farinacea中.在扫描电镜下,角质层多具有条纹、条状隆起或颗粒等特征;气孔外拱盖内缘大多为浅波状或近平滑.这些微形态特征在种间存在着某些差异,具有一定的分类学意义.

     

    Abstract: Leaf epidermis of 12 species of Salvia(Labiatae) was observed by light microscopy(LM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The shapes of leaf epidermal cells are usually irregular or polygonal;the patterns of anticlinal walls are sinuolate or sinuous,rarely straight or arched.The stomatal apparatuses are present only on the abaxial epidermis for all samples(except for Salvia farinacea),and can be classified into two types,anomocytic type and anisocytic type,anomocytic type is very common and occurs in all the observed species;anisocytic type is only for S.bowleyana,S.plecltanthoipe and S.farinacea.Under SEM,the cuticular layer of the leaf epidermis is striated,striate to wrinkled or granular;The inner margin of outer stomatal rim of most species is undulate or nearly smooth.These microstructural characters are different among species,which shows taxonomic significance in Salvia.
