蓝藻在超临界乙醇中液化反应动力学的研究

Kinetics of the hydrothermal liquefaction of the cyanobacteria in supercritical ethanol

  • 摘要: 采用高温高压反应釜,对蓝藻在超临界乙醇中的液化进行研究.考察了反应温度、反应时间、料液比等对蓝藻液化转化率的影响.研究表明,当反应温度270℃,反应时间40 min,蓝藻原料质量与乙醇体积比为1 g/15mL时,其液化转化率可达86.6%.采用模型法对蓝藻在超临界乙醇中液化反应动力学进行研究.动力学计算表明,该液化反应的表观活化能为50.793 kJ/mol,频率因子为3 437.16.

     

    Abstract: Direct liquefaction of the cyanobacteria in ethanol under the conditions of supercritical was carried out in an autoclave.The influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of cyanobacteria to ethanol on the liquefaction were investigated.The model method was used to study the kinetics of cyanobacteria liquefaction in supercritical ethanol.The results showed that the optimal conditions were reaction temperature 270℃,reaction time 40 min,ratio of cyanobacteria to ethanol 1:15 g/mL.Under these conditions,the liquefaction conversion rate reached 83.13%.The kinetics calculation indicated that the apparent activation energy is 50.793 kJ/mol,and frequency factor is 3 437.16.
